Dosage and Use:
Diffuser/Aroma Lamp: Add 2-5 drops to water depending on room size (after diluting).
Massage: Use 2-5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable (=carrier) oil.
Cosmetics: In a concentration of up to 1% in creams, serums, or oils you create.
Personal Perfume: Create your own roll-on perfume with diluted absolute in vegetable oil.
