Benzoin

The name Benzoin is derived from the Arabic “luban-jawi,” meaning “incense from Java,” as it has been used for these purposes in the Far East for centuries. Tall benzoin trees grow in Southeast Asia and are ready for resin extraction 7 years after planting. A sweet-smelling essential oil (Styrax Benzoin Resin) is distilled from its resin, and its aroma is destined to support energy deficiency and overworked minds. It is very strongly calming.
