Hot chocolate with rose water
Ingredients:
2 cups milk (can also be plant-based)
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
1 teaspoon rose water
Whipped cream (optional)
A few dried rose flowers and cocoa for decoration
Approach:
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm (but not boiling). In a mug, combine the cocoa and sugar. Add a little of the warm milk to make a smooth paste. Pour the mixture into the saucepan with the milk and continue to heat. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat and add the rose water. Pour into a cup and garnish with whipped cream, rose petals or cocoa if desired.
Spiced tea with rose water
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 bags of black tea
1 tablespoon rose water
1 whole cinnamon stick
2-3 cloves
1-2 tablespoons honey (optional, to taste)
Milk or lemon (optional when serving)
Approach:
In a pot, bring the water, cinnamon and cloves to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired intensity. Remove the tea bags, cloves and cinnamon. Stir in the rose water and honey, if you like to sweeten ;-) Serve hot, you can add milk or lemon.

Hot apple cider with rose water
Ingredients:
4 cups apple cider
1/4 cup rose water
2 whole cinnamon sticks
3-4 cloves
1 star anise (optional)
Orange slices (for decoration)
Approach:
In a large saucepan, combine the apple cider, whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise. Heat over medium heat until warm, but do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in rose water. Strain if desired (optional) and serve warm, garnished with orange slices.
Chai Latte with rose water
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1-2 tea bags of chai tea
1 cup of milk (can also be plant-based)
1 tablespoon rose water
1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
Ground cardamom or cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Approach:
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add chai tea bags and steep according to package directions.
In a second saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until warm.
Remove the tea bags and stir in rose water and honey, if desired.
Pour warm milk, which you can froth, over the chai mixture.
Sprinkle with cardamom or cinnamon before serving.
