Vanilla is not only an exceptional orchid, but also a symbol of love and well-being, which we deserve at every stage of our lives. This luxurious, sweet and exotic scent can awaken warm memories and bring joy even in the most difficult moments. Aromatherapist and phytotherapist Anet Jirchářová will tell you not only about the emotional effects brought by its floral water and essential oil. Come and immerse yourself in the world of vanilla with us and discover its power, which enriches everyday rituals and the world of aromatherapy.
Vanilla exceptional orchid
Vanilla is one of the most unique plants. It is a liana-like orchid that thrives best in Mexico. And that is thanks to the Melipona bee, which is half the size of our honeybee. Only it can obtain the sweet nectar of vanilla and lovingly pollinate it. In other areas, however, vanilla must be pollinated by hand. I hope that vanilla will accept the tickling of a paintbrush as an acceptable substitute for a pollinating bee.
An exotic fragrance that brings happiness
Its luxurious, sweet and exotic scent will awaken a warm feeling even in the biggest grumbler. Namely, the scent of vanilla has a very special effect on us. It is probably the most popular scent in the world and it evokes pleasant memories, joy, a sense of happiness and psychological well-being in everyone. Do you have a stressful job? The scent of vanilla will lovingly embrace you, give you a sense of security and relax your body in a tense atmosphere.

The scent that heals unhappy love
It is the scent of lovers. Vanilla should be part of the fairy-tale poetic drama of Radúz and Mahulena. Radúz meets the beautiful princess Mahulena. They both fall in love, but their love is not desired. Mahulena's mother, Queen Runa, chains Radúza to a rock. The brave Mahulena frees her love and together they flee the kingdom. Unfortunately, they are both caught and the queen curses them. Radúz forgets his beloved Mahulena. That is a drama! Mahulena is unhappy and only wants to die. Her grief is so great that she turns her into a poplar. I don't want to say anything, but if Mahulena came right after me, I would wrap her in a robe of fragrant vanilla and everything could be different. Vanilla heals a broken heart.
Vanilla as the key to self-love
Vanilla actually acts as a tonic for the heart chakra. It has long been known that if you want to spread a loving atmosphere around you, you must first love yourself. And vanilla focuses on self-love, accepting who we are and allowing ourselves to be pampered.
A symbol of love and gratitude every day
In the months of February and May, we allow ourselves to show our love, and I have nothing against it, because we need to be reminded from time to time that we need love in our lives. And even the unhappy kind, because then we appreciate the true love that we have or that awaits us. And if we carry vanilla with us, it will remind us of it every day.
