Nerve-soothing oil with a slightly sweet, apple-like floral scent and pale yellow color. It activates hormones of happiness , reduces the perception of stress, protects against excessive irritation. Suitable for hypersensitive people, for insomnia and for children’s anger. It has the ability to comfort and soothe children. Furthermore, it is an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, analgesic, healing oil that stimulates digestion.

Chamomile relieves the tension arising from the excessive desire of our ego. Releases secondary frustration and depression arising from it. Its delicately sweet, apple-like floral scent gives us a sense of satisfaction. The bitterness contained in it leads us back to reality.

It is generally used for nervous shock, migraines and headaches. In combination with lavender oil, we have a powerful helper for chronic insomnia.

It is often part of cosmetic products for dry and irritated skin, children’s skin. It regenerates and deeply hydrates the skin.

Interesting facts

The Latin name Anthemis Nobilis or Chamaemeleum nobile comes from the Greek “kamai” and “melon” or “earth apple” according to its typical smell reminiscent of this fruit. In ancient times, dried Roman chamomile was scattered on the floors to disinfect the room. In oriental medicine, it was used for its ability to regulate the movement of life energy, which helps release nerves, spasms and relieves pain.

For anxiety and before surgery: put 1 drop of Roman chamomile, 1 drop of lavender, 1 drop of grapefruit on a handkerchief or pillow.
