Why is BIO White Rose oil the rarest of all rose oils?

Into one drop of this gem is transformed 60-70 aromatic flowers. In other words, to obtain 1 kg of this luxurious oil requires approximately 6000 -7000 kg fresh hand-picked flowers white roses, which is a huge amount and makes it an even more precious treasure than Bulgarian rose oil from Damask rose blossoms. Harvesting begins immediately at dawn when the open flowers contain the highest percentage of essential oils. Then they immediately travel to the more than 100-year-old “rose factory”, or distillery intended exclusively for the processing of roses. This distillery uses traditional copper vessels that add charm to the oil. Thanks to the strict technological and hygienic conditions, this is a tradition in a modern coat.

Behind the scenes of rose oil production:

Our oil is produced traditionally by steam distillation. A large number of human hands and loving care are required before reaching the final oil. The flowers are collected by hand after sunrise, when they are still sprinkled with morning dew and their petals contain the highest amount of essential oils (0,02-0,04%, exceptionally up to 0,09%).

Then they are transported directly from the fields in 10 kg bags and immediately travel to huge distillation vessels, where they are filled with water and go through the first steam distillation. Because the rose oil cannot be sufficiently separated, the first distillate travels to other vessels, in which it is distilled a second time. There it gets more complicated. By the end of the same working day, everything is done. The transformation of the magical “liquid gold”, as it is also called, is complete.
