This beautiful essential oil is pressed from the peels of unripe mandarins, which is reflected in the green color of this essential oil.

In contrast, yellow mandarin, which is pressed from the peels of partially ripe mandarin fruits, has a sweeter, refreshing fruity aroma and an orange-yellow color of the essential oil. Tangerine is pressed from the peels of fully ripe fruit and its red-orange oil has the sweetest aroma of any mandarin.

Due to its blood circulation properties, it is often an ingredient in preparations for sagging skin, and thanks to its antiseptic effects, it is also used for acne and oily skin.
