Main effects and uses:

Dosage and use:

• In a diffuser/aroma lamp: 3–7 drops for relaxation and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
• In massage oils: 2–5 drops per 10 ml carrier (vegetable) oil for muscle relaxation.
• In hair cosmetics: Add a few drops to shampoo or hair oil.
• For skin care: 1–2 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil for acne-prone skin or minor skin blemishes.
• Insect repellent: Add a few drops to a diffuser or on a cotton ball to repel mosquitoes.
