Top oil if you want to calm down, relax, meditate, ground your flying thoughts. That's why it's my favorite oil for meditation blends. One sniff and I immediately feel relief. It's like the most fragrant forest in the world. I recommend it together with Frankincense for evening relaxation. If you want to use cedar practically, I add it to blends for colds and phlegm, because it triggers coughing. As I read, it's also supposed to be good for the scalp (dandruff, itching) and skin (acne) and repels insects, especially moths and mosquitoes.
