The herbal aroma with camphor undertones of Sage essential oil (Salvia Officinalis) is associated with energetic cleansing. This perception goes back deep into history. It was already used in religious ceremonies in ancient Rome to drive away "evil forces". It is also used as a middle note in perfumery. It encourages mental and nervous exhaustion. It brightens the mood. Not suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding and children.
