Lemongrass
The aromatic plant lemongrass is grown mainly in India, where it is traditionally used to relieve inflammation and reduce heat. Its pleasantly fresh essential oil with a lemony scent and herbal notes refreshes the mind, body and emotions. It naturally repels insects. In cosmetics, it is used to regulate sebum production in the skin and hair.
