Terms and conditions of the e-shop SoZoLe Rose Ltd.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") regulate the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through an online store www.sozole.cz, www.sozole.sk a www.sozole.eu in accordance with the Civil Code.

Is a natural person (consumer) or entrepreneur who purchases from us.
(hereinafter "Buyer")
These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. Deviating provisions in the purchase contract take precedence.
II. INFORMATION ABOUT GOODS AND PRICES
- Goods and prices: All information about the goods, their prices and features can be found in the e-shop catalog for each product.
- Final price: The prices of the goods listed are final and include VAT and all related fees. They do not include shipping costs, which will be added in the cart.
- Price validity: Prices are valid for the duration of display in the e-shop.
- Offer: The presentation of goods is for informational purposes only and does not oblige the Seller to conclude a contract.
– Shipping and packaging: Information about delivery costs can be found in the cart.
- Discounts and discount coupons: Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed.
III. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
- Communication costs: You are responsible for any costs you incur for internet or telephone services when placing an order.
- How to order: You can order via a customer account or by filling out the order form without registration.
- Order procedure:
1. You select the goods, quantity, payment method and delivery.
2. Check and, if necessary, edit the data before sending.
3. Submit your order by clicking the "Bindingly order" button.
4. We consider the data to be correct. The order is valid after filling in all mandatory data and your confirmation of familiarization with these Terms and Conditions.
- Conclusion of the contract: The purchase contract is only concluded when the Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail and notifies you that the order is being prepared.
- Change of order by the Seller: If we cannot fulfill your order, we will send you a revised offer. This offer is a new draft contract and will become binding once you confirm it by email.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel your order by phone or email until you receive notification of its acceptance by the Seller.
- Wrong price: In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, we are not obliged to deliver the goods at this incorrect price. We will inform you and send you a new offer. The contract is concluded with your confirmation.
IV. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
- Create an account: You can create a customer account by registering, but you can also place orders without one.
– Accuracy of data: When registering and ordering, you must provide correct and truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Safety: Access to the account is protected by a name and password. You are obliged to keep them confidential. We are not responsible for any misuse of the account by third parties on your part.
- Using the account: You may not allow third parties to use your account.
- Cancellation of an account by the Seller: The Seller may cancel your account if you do not use it for a long time or if you violate the contract or these Terms.
- Availability: The account may not always be available due to system maintenance.
V. PAYMENT TERMS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

– Through a payment gateway.
– Shipping costs: Together with the price of the goods, you also pay delivery costs, if they are not already included in the price.
– Maturity:
For non-cash payment by traditional bank transfer to the account: within 7 days from the conclusion of the contract. We will send you the order after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
For cashless payment on invoice for wholesale customers within: 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Through a payment gateway: according to the provider's instructions.
– Payment obligation: Payment is completed when it is credited to our account.
- Backups: We do not require deposits.
- Delivery of goods:
To your address.
To your chosen delivery point.
- Delivery option: You choose when ordering.
- Additional costs: If repeated delivery or another method is necessary on your part, you will pay the associated costs.
- Acceptance of goods: Upon receipt, check the packaging for damage. If it is damaged, report it to the carrier immediately and you do not have to accept the shipment.
- Invoice: You will receive a tax document – invoice – by email.
- Ownership and risks: Title to the goods and the risk of damage/loss passes to you upon payment of the full price and receipt of the goods (or at the time when you should have received the goods but failed to do so).
VI. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
- Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
- Withdrawal period: The period begins on the day of receipt of the goods (or the last delivery in the case of multiple pieces/parts).

- Return of goods: Return the goods to us within 14 days of withdrawal. You will pay the return costs.
- Refund: We will refund your money (including shipping costs to you) within 14 days of withdrawal, in the same way, unless we agree otherwise.
- Payment hold: We will refund the money only after receiving the goods and checking them.
- Condition of goods: Please return the goods unopened, undamaged, unworn, uncontaminated and, if possible, in the original packaging. We may request compensation for any diminished value of the goods.
- When you cannot withdraw: Withdrawal is not possible for goods modified to your wishes, removed from hygienic packaging and other cases pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code.
- Withdrawal by the Seller: The seller may withdraw from the contract if the goods are out of stock, unavailable or production/import is discontinued. In such a case, we will refund your money immediately.
VII. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINT)
- Liability for defects: We are responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and meet the agreed properties and purpose.
- Warranty period: We are liable for defects that become apparent within 24 months of receipt. This period applies to goods with an expiration date.
- When we don't respond: For defects due to which the goods were discounted, for wear and tear due to normal use, or if you knew about the defect before taking delivery or caused it yourself.
- Your rights (choice): When making a complaint, you can request: exchange of goods, a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract.
- Withdrawal from the contract (due to defect): You have the right to it if the goods have a significant defect, cannot be used due to repeated defects/after repair, or have multiple defects.
- Minor defect: For minor defects, you have the right to have the defect removed or a discount.
- Filing a complaint: When making a complaint, please tell us which right you choose.
- Confirmation: We will issue you with a written confirmation of the claim, its content and the method of handling it.
- Deadline for processing: We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of submission, unless we agree on a longer period. The futile expiry of this period is grounds for withdrawal from the contract.

VIII. COMMUNICATION
– We can deliver written correspondence electronically.
– The Buyer delivers to the Seller at the email address specified in the Terms and Conditions. The Seller delivers to the Buyer at the email address specified in the invoice or order.
IX. PERSONAL DATA AND MARKETING
- Personal data protection: All information provided is confidential and we process it in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Marketing: We may send you commercial communications (by email), from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

X. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Supervision: The sale of goods is subject to the trade licensing office and supervision by the Czech Inspection Authority.

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Governing law: The relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU. This does not affect the consumer's rights arising from the law.
- Codes of conduct: The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of Section 1826, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Civil Code.
- Copyright: All rights to the website (content, graphics, logos, etc.) belong to the Seller. Copying or other use without consent is prohibited.
- Traffic disruption: The Seller is not responsible for errors caused by third parties or improper use of the e-shop. The Buyer may not disrupt the operation of the e-shop or misuse its software or content.
- Changes to the Terms: The Seller may amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions. The new wording applies only to newly concluded contracts.
