I love autumn. The leaves of the trees change from green to yellow, red, brown. They play with all colors. I have a view of the surrounding nature from the massage cabin. I enjoy this view every day! Yesterday I collected some herbs. When I was resting under the tree, the sun was shining, the wind was blowing, I remembered my June vacation in Sardinia. IMMORTELLE!!!
Immortelle belongs to bruises
For the past few years, I have been planning my vacations around the time when my favorite herbs are in bloom. Immortelle don’t grow in my home country, so I just knew it was good for bruises and had an anti-aging effect. One of my first orders was Rose Damask Hydrosol and Immortelle Hydrosol. Well, it wasn’t love at first sight until the third :-) Until then, I used only the classics hydrosols of rose and lavender. And the smell of the immortelle was such that I didn’t even know if I liked it.
Immortelle essential oil
I needed a drop of immortelle for the rose to my perfume, so I also ordered its essential oil in BIO quality. I was anxiously waiting to see what my nose would be like and what it would say. I couldn’t even imagine combining it with rose. After opening the tiny bottle, I breathed in and WAW!!!! It wasn’t as pronounced as the hydrolate at all. I can feel the warmth, the sun woodiness from it and it calms me down. Yes, I could already imagine it in perfume and I immediately added a few drops to the cream.
Aromatherapy from the seashore
Three years ago, I got a vacation at the beginning of June. I wanted to stay in Italy, but spend my vacation by the sea. I chose Sardinia. After settling in, my first trip was to the beach. I mean…the road led through such a jungle. After a while, a heady scent hit my nose. I know that!!! That must be a immortelle!! As I got closer to the sea, the smell became more and more intense, and after a few meters a magical picture opened up to me. A silver sea lit by the sun and yellow flowers blooming beautifully everywhere. Aromatherapy orgasm. It was a powerful experience, a wonderful feeling. I will never forget!

When I realize how strong that plant is, gained by the sun and can survive for a long time even without water, I now know why they call it immortal. On the way to the beach, I always sat on the stones and enjoyed the view. After dinner, I always went to the beach. I couldn’t get enough of the smell and the sight.
An Immortelle from Sardinia
This year I planned a holiday again in Sardinia. Because of what I guess :-) I longed to experience that beautiful intoxicating feeling again. The more vegetation, that’s my direction. I was almost there. I could feel her, but I couldn’t see her. I soon burst into tears. I came late, it has already bloomed. Nature has its own clock that beats as it needs. And that’s how it should be! Sardinia is beautiful. There you will find many shops where you can buy immortelle products. These are treasures and I look forward to bringing back new essential oils and cosmetics from vacation.
Tips for wellness
You can also make immortelle macerate from dried flowers. I like to use frangipani, lavender and immortelle flower water in the sauna ceremony when I have a “sea” theme. For Peeling, I use Dead Sea salt and immortelle oil macerate. I also add hydrosol to the clay mask. Perfectly fragrant, great effect. My love for the immortelle came only after the third “sniff”. When I saw her grow and realized her strength.
